It's been a few years since BCBC has cruised into Encinal Yacht Club. February is the perfect time to escape to the Alameda Riviera, and while we're here, let's throw a party!
Saturday Evening Dinner Menu
First Course
Mixed Green Salad with pears, candied walnuts, and blue cheese crumbles, tossed in a champagne vinaigrette
Second Course (Choice of):
• Beef Braciole served over orzo pasta with stewed green beans
• Petrale Sole with cauliflower mash and brussel sprouts, finished with saffron beurre blanc
• Gnocchi with butternut squash, brown butter, sage, and brussel sprouts
Third Course (Choice of):
• Chocolate Temptation Cake
• Pistachio Ricotta Cake
